1 loaf of Italian bread
1 Sicilian lime
Prima Donna Fino cheese grated
In a very large saucepan, add water, bring to the boil and add 1 tablespoon of salt. If the chard stalks are sturdy, remove them completely from the leaves and discard. If the stalks were soft simply cut at the base of the leaves and discard them.

Dip the chard in the boiling water cook for exactly 3 minutes from the time you put all the leaves in the pan. Drain immediately, but do not squeeze the liquid.
In a large saucepan, put 3 tablespoons of olive oil and heat. Add the sliced garlic and cook over medium heat for 30 seconds. Add the chard, salt and pepper to taste for 3 minutes.
Pre-heat the oven at 180 °. Cut the bread into slices approximately 1.5 cm wide, put a bit of olive oil in each slice. Bake for about 3 minutes or until golden brown. Rub each slice of bread with the cut side of a garlic.
Use a tweezers to distribute the chard on each slice, sprinkle with a bit of Sicilian lime zest, a bit of Sicilian lime juice, Prima Donna Fino cheese and salt flower. Drizzle with olive oil again and serve.
