Lunch 4 Persons Prima Donna maturo


8 slices of fresh rye bread
2 avocados
2 oz. (60 g) Prima Donna maturo
1 red onion
2 tablespoons apple vinegar
A little sugar and salt
10-15 basil leaves
Salt and freshly ground pepper

Preparation method

Peel the red onion, cut in half, and slice into very thin strips. Place the onion in a bowl and drizzle with a little salt, sugar and vinegar. Add the onion and let stand 30 min. to marinate. Slice the avocado in half, remove the pit and peel, cut into slices and place on 4 slices of rye bread. Divide the Prima Donna, basil, and marinated red onion onto the slices and season with a little salt and freshly ground pepper. Top with the other bread slices to make a sandwich. Wrap the sandwiches in paper and take along as a picnic lunch or enjoy as a light breakfast.
