8.8 oz. (250 g) Prima Donna maturo, grated
6 slices dough for quiche (frozen)
3.5 oz. (100 g) ham
14 leaves of sage
400 ml whipped cream
pepper & salt
Pre-heat the oven at 180 °C. Defrost the slices of dough, lay them on top of each other and roll it flat into a piece of 30 cm. Grease the quiche dish (24 ø) with butter and cover it with the dough. Whisk 4 eggs with 400 ml whipped cream and mix it with 8.8 oz. (250g) grated Prima Donna maturo. Cut 3.5 oz. (100g) ham in thick slices and then in pieces. Chop up about 8 leaves of sage. Mix everything through the cream cheese mixture and spice it with salt and pepper to taste. Pour the mixture in the quiche dish and garnish the top with 6 whole sage leaves. Bake it in about 35 minutes until golden brown.
Let the tortino cool down. It’s also nice with a green salad.
