Cheese salad
Ingredients:
300 gr Prima Donna leggero
200 gr seasonal lettuce (e.g. butterhead, lollo bianco, lollo rosso)
1 handful watercress
150 gr cherry tomatoes
50 gr black olives
Dressing
6 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp white balsamic vinegar
salt, pepper
2 tsp honey
1 tsp mustard
Preparation Method:
Wash the lettuce, half the tomatoes and cut the Prima Donna leggero into long strips and toss together in a bowl. Mix the olive oil with a little bit of balsamic vinegar and the mustard and season with salt and pepper. Add some honey to taste. Add the dressing to the salad and toss lightly. Top the salad with the water cress.
